I met Joe when he was fixing the well pump at the company I work for. When my water filter housing blew in my basement I didn't know who else to call. My system only had one shut off and was very poorly done from years of previous owners. Joe had it fixed the next day and found my pressure regulation tank was shot as well. He took the opportunity to talk to me about redoing the design to make it WAY more intuitive and have ease of use and shut off with bypasses so if anything happens in the future my wife or anyone else can handle the issue until he can get there. He did all of the above while communicating with my clearly and got it done shockingly fast and with stellar quality and skill. Since that first visit he has installed an entire soft water system at my mothers, replaced my water heater when it blew, move pipes and drains to reinstall my kitchen sink during a renovation and fixed my mothers 35 year old sink when the pipes dissolved. The question is not if you should use his service. The question is what will you do if he's not available. I would and have waited so I can know it was done by Joe. - a very satisfied customer

Very happy and impressed with Joe's knowledge and skill at his profession. When you have plumbing needs and need someone reliable he is the man. I wouldn't use anyone else!

I contacted Joe to get a utility sink and pump installed in my basement. He walked me through my potential options and thoroughly answered all my questions. He was very professional, gave maintenance recommendations and did not try to sell me on anything extra. At the end of the job the work area was cleaner than when he started. Everything is still working great a year later and I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.

We love this man! Joe at Saylor Plumbing is the absolute BEST plumber in the area! Courteous, efficient, clean, professional and knows his STUFF! If you're in a jam, and need a reliable plumber that won't take advantage of you, my wife and I highly recommend Joe. We've been using him now for over three years and have come to know, like and trust him. Delighted to have him on our speed dial! With an 82 year old home with all kinds of surprises, it's nice to know Joe's on the job working with us to find the best solution without breaking the bank...

In January of this year my boyfriend inherited his childhood home and unfortunately....has not been updated much from the year it was built (52) and MANY DIY projects were done.... Including the plumbing. With us being young first time home owners we have no idea what we are doing along with one hell of a clog we called Joe, bluntly put. Joe was a godsend. He was very kind and patient with us, he gave us some great advice on things we did not get the chance to be taught before inheriting this home. He did one hell of a job on our mangled mess and unfortunately for him will probably not be the last time we call him LOL. I would absolutely recommend him. He goes above and beyond and is honest. Joe came highly recommended by a family member who has used him extensively. Joe did a fantastic job replacing our entire drain line in our basement which had been installed incorrectly when the house was built and thus had filled full. He came out very quickly to give us an estimate and had the job completed by the end of the week in far less time than we had expected. It was a filthy job and he didn't leave any trace that he'd been there besides great looking work. His price was reasonable and we'll definitely use him for all future jobs. He even reviewed a few things that other plumbers told us needed replaced and told us about other solutions.

Kind, courteous, professional, punctual, reasonably priced. What more can you ask for? Joe did many jobs for us this week and installed a hot water heater last year and we will continue using him until he retires.

Working with Joe was a very good experience. He was very responsive to calls/messages, was fairly priced and did a great job on my shower. I would reach out to him again for any other plumbing work.
